Cristina Bianchi
Biography
Cristina Bianchi brings over 30 years of real estate experience to her role. Before rejoining FARE, she was Director of M&A at Prelios S.p.A. (formerly Pirelli Real Estate S.p.A.). Her association with Daniel Buaron began in 2000 when she joined FARE Group, becoming a Managing Director in 2006. In 2009, she was appointed General Manager of FARE SGR, managing nine real estate funds with over €3.8 billion in AUM. Ms. Bianchi has extensive expertise in finance, administration, and human resources, and since 2000 has been instrumental in acquisitions and fund structuring totaling over €6 billion in assets (through 2011), with a focus on due diligence, valuation, and negotiation. She began her career as a consultant in the Audit department of Reconta Ernst & Young and graduated with first-class honors in Business Administration & Finance from Bocconi University, Milan.
