Arsène Marques
Biography
Arsène Marques serves as Co-Director of Fund Management and Administration at AEW Patrimoine, AEW Europe's French retail business. In this role, he is responsible for defining and implementing strategies for private client vehicles, including SCPI and OPCI. With over 30 years of extensive experience in the real estate industry, Mr. Marques holds advanced legal degrees, including a Master's in private law and a DEA in business law, and is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS). His expertise is crucial for the strategic development and management of funds at AEW Europe.
