Biography
Marc Mariani is a Partner at Baker McKenzie in France, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and real estate law. He advises French and international real estate investors and industrial groups on structured real estate operations and financing. Mr. Mariani also focuses on designing and structuring real estate funds, particularly for Middle Eastern investors, and assists with foreign investment financing and financial lease agreements. He joined Baker McKenzie in 2004, following nine years dedicated to real estate matters at EY Law. He holds a Post-graduate degree in Business Law and a Master's degree in French Taxation from the University of Paris I.
