Biography
Sandy Gumm serves as Chief Operating Officer at Prestbury Investments LLP, an investment adviser to Secure Income REIT Plc. An Australian-qualified chartered accountant, she brings over 31 years of commercial real estate and finance expertise. Gumm joined Prestbury in 1997 as Finance Director, advancing to COO in 2007. Her career highlights include roles at KPMG and as Group Financial Controller for Burford Holdings Plc. She has been instrumental in Prestbury's achievements, including its advisory role for Secure Income REIT, and currently holds non-executive directorships.
