David Henderson-Williams

David Henderson-Williams is a Founding Partner and Co-owner at RivingtonHark, where he leads the asset management team. An original founder of the company, he played a pivotal role in the formation of RivingtonHark through the acquisition of Rivington Land by Hark Group, which he also founded. He brings extensive expertise in investment and asset management, contributing to RivingtonHark's focus on rejuvenating UK town and city centers through specialist development and asset management, including projects valued over £700 million.
