Sylwia Piechnik
Biography
Sylwia Piechnik serves as the Head of Office Leasing at Echo Polska Properties (EPP), a position she has held since 2017. With over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector, she is responsible for the commercialization and re-commercialization of EPP's office portfolio, including developing leasing strategies, tenant acquisition, and lease agreement negotiations. Previously, she held senior leasing roles at HB Reavis Poland and Yareal Polska. Sylwia holds a master's degree in architecture and urban design from the Krakow University of Technology.
