Mark Williams

Mark Williams is an Executive Director and co-founder of RivingtonHark, specializing in investment, funding, and strategic partnerships for urban regeneration. He has spearheaded over £2bn of projects, including establishing the UK's first ESG fund for shopping centres. Formerly Head of European retail and leisure at DTZ, he advised on major regeneration schemes like Liverpool One and the Birmingham Alliance. Mark served as Chair of the Government Retail Property Taskforce (2012-2014) and President of Revo (2018), and was awarded 'Real Estate Visionary of the year' in 2022. He provides strategic advice to City Councils, driving the rejuvenation of UK town and city centres.
