Chris Lees
Biography
Chris joined Victoria Asset Management in January 2014 as head of Portfolio Management and more recently CFO and head of Debt Strategy. A fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Chris specialises in highly complex debt products, including multi tranche cross-currency loan portfolios and CMBS. Chris joined from Brookland Partners LLP, where he structured/restructured more than €10billion CRE debt across 15 transactions. Before this, Chris spent 12 years at KPMG in London, restructuring complex real estate loans and structured finance vehicles, including the sale of more than €2bn real estate debt.
