Rohweder Philipp
Biography
Philipp Rohweder is the Director Real Estate at Numa Group, where he plays a pivotal role in leading Numa's real estate strategy across Europe. He is an accomplished real estate professional with over a decade of experience focused on investment management and development strategies within the alternative living sector. His expertise includes strategic management, asset allocation, and portfolio management. Prior to joining Numa Group (formerly COSI) in October 2021, Rohweder was Director of Investments and Co-Head Micro Living at CORESTATE Capital Group. In that role, he was instrumental in expanding their alternative living portfolio across Europe to over €2 billion AuM and was responsible for European real estate acquisitions with a total investment volume of approximately 1.3 billion euros. He holds a master's degree from the European Business School and an MSc RE from The University of Hong Kong, and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
