Biography
Richard is formerly Head of Logistics at CBRE and has been involved in Logistics for in excess of 20 years and has extensive contacts in the Developer, Occupier and Equity spheres. More particularly he has been involved in; the creation of Urban Logistics REIT in 2016, a listed £115m Market Cap UK Urban Logistics platform which has generated 20% total returns in FY 2016,17 and 18, Founding Partner at M1 Agency LLP (Logistics Consultancy), setting up of ELREP in 2018 with James Rushworth and Doug Innes. First acquisition €100m Part pre-let, Part spec development at Schiphol Airport, €1.5bn pipeline, involved in transacting > €400m of logistics investments across the UK & Europe in 2018.
