Jérôme Verdin
Biography
Mr. Verdin currently overseas the portfolio management activities in Europe, having joined Tishman Speyer in 2006. In this role, he is responsible for management of the company’s pan-European funds, as well as working closely with regional teams and equity capital markets in both fundraising and joint venture partnerships. He previously headed asset management activities in France, leading a number of leasing, asset management, recapitalization and disposal projects, and earlier was a member of the European acquisitions group. Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, Mr. Verdin was a financial analyst in portfolio management at Archon Group, where he was involved in Parisian real estate investments and the European Special Situations Group for Gold
