David Johnson

David Johnson serves as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Gleeds, a position he assumed on March 1, 2025. Based in Madrid, Spain, he directs global operations, optimizing processes and driving cross-functional collaboration. Johnson began his career at Gleeds in 1983 as a quantity surveyor, accumulating over 40 years of experience. He was instrumental in Gleeds' evolution from a UK-focused cost consultancy to a global, multi-disciplinary firm. Formerly Managing Director for Gleeds Europe, he now sits on the Group and Operations Boards, applying his extensive expertise in procurement and management to enhance company growth and operational excellence.
