Mrs. Paillés has over 35 years of experience advising clients in real estate (“RE”) transactions, including cross-border, and M&A. She specializes in the Hospitality Industry, including negotiating operating agreements. She also has experienced in the industrial sector, for the purchase, sale, or lease of RE, including construction agreements for warehouses or manufacturing plants. She has advised clients in leasing RE: gross leases, or net leases (Single, Double or Triple Net). She has been involved in RE projects related to time share and second homes under fractional regimes.
