Biography

Marc Cabarrocas is a Partner (Socio) and co-founder of Urban Input, a prominent real estate developer in Spain. With over two decades of experience, Marc is an expert in Asset Management and Development in Spanish real estate, with a strong background in land zoning and planning. Before co-founding Urban Input in 2004, he led the Land and Development department at Aguirre Newman in Barcelona. He holds a degree in Business Administration and an Executive MBA from IESE. Marc is also a co-founder and Board member of UNIQ Residential, focusing on project sourcing and coordination, and is recognized for his expertise in sustainability certifications.
