Biography

Christoph Zapp is the founder, Managing Partner, and Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of PAMERA Real Estate Partners GmbH. He is also a founder and partner of PAMERA North America, LLC. Mr. Zapp is responsible for portfolio, investment, and transaction management, having overseen acquisitions, sales, and projects valued over 5 billion euros. Before establishing PAMERA in 2010, he gained seven years of experience with prominent real estate companies. He holds degrees in architecture and industrial engineering from the Technical University of Munich and studied Real Estate Investment Banking at the European Business School (EBS).
