Giles Membrey is the Managing Director of Rioja Developments, a leading specialist in designer and factory outlet development across the UK and Europe. A pioneer in the designer outlet market, he was instrumental in introducing outlets to the UK in the 1980s. With over 25 years of experience, Membrey has overseen numerous projects across Europe, encompassing planning, design, funding, and asset management. He is also a former Chairman of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) for European Outlet Conferences, demonstrating significant industry expertise.
