Samuel Hibel
Biography
Samuel Hibel serves as the CEO of Kardan Land, a prominent real estate developer in China. Appointed CEO in September 2018, he previously served as CFO from June 2010. Mr. Hibel brings over 30 years of senior management experience, with more than 17 years in the real estate industry. Prior to Kardan Land, he was CEO of a London Stock Exchange-listed European real estate development company. As CFO, he rebuilt the company's financial systems and led financing efforts. As CEO, he successfully revitalized Dalian Kardan Plaza, achieving sustained growth. He is a Certified Public Accountant with a Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, and Accounting.
