Manju Yagnik serves as the Vice Chairperson of Nahar Group, a prominent Mumbai-based real estate developer established in 1973. With over three decades of experience in the real estate industry, which she entered in 1990, Ms. Yagnik is recognized for her core expertise in project planning, product development, and marketing strategies. She has been instrumental in expanding Nahar Group's footprint beyond Mumbai to key markets like Pune and Chennai and in extending the group's presence into education and healthcare. Her leadership has earned her numerous accolades, including "Woman Entrepreneur of the Year" and "Female Real Estate Professional of the Year". Ms. Yagnik is also the Senior Vice President of NAREDCO-Maharashtra, where she advocates for policy changes and sustainable urban development. She emphasizes incorporating sustainable practices and green construction in Nahar Group's projects, including planting Mumbai's largest Miyawaki forest.
