Biography
Danny launched Ediston in 2004 following 12 successful years in Institutional UK real estate Fund management. Ediston is a privately owned value-add investor/developer with a strong asset management platform, with around £750m Aum and a development programme approaching £450 million across commercial and residential markets. It’s funds include a JV LP with a large UK local authority Pension Fund, a UK main market Listed REIT and various LP JV structures for opportunistic transaction. In the five years prior to setting up Ediston Danny was responsible for the UK’s largest Pooled Property Fund while at Standard Life Investments.
