Jorge Margain
Biography
Jorge has over 15 years (two real estate cycles) of experience investing, managing, and divesting real estate assets in Mexico. He has been involved in transactions totaling over $3 billion, focusing on acquisition, development, disposition, financing, and asset management. Before founding Dragón Capital, he served as Managing Director of Ivanhoé Cambridge Mexico for over five years. He also worked as Head of Transactions for Mexico at PGIM Real Estate, Senior Director at Tishman Speyer, Director at Tresalia Real Estate, Associate at AREA Property Partners, and intern at AMB Property Partners. Jorge holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from ITAM and an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
