Morris Rothbart

Morris Rothbart is founder & managing partner at Seaford Finance LLP, a successful debt consultant business based in the North West catering for high net worth individuals and institutions alike. With more than 20 years’ experience in the field and head of the debt placement team, Mr. Rothbart has wide ranging contacts across the full property finance spectrum. Focussed on debt opportunities and origination, he is best known for introducing Building Societies throughout 2001 – 2003 to the CMBS model across many Finance Houses & Investment banks. Past experiences includes, origination and initiation of clients owned securitisation and fixed income packages. Seaford Finance has been involved in excess of £25b of real estate transactions.
