Biography
Fergus has more than 20 years’ experience in real estate covering property investment, development and financing in Ireland, the UK and throughout mainland Europe. Fergus has a deep knowledge of the retail and office sector in particular and has a strong track record in deal sourcing, asset management and structuring complex transactions. Fergus has been the lead transactor of commercial assets across the organisation for some time and currently heads the firms commercial investment platform in Ireland. A Chartered Accountant, Fergus previously worked with Dunloe Ewart plc, a listed property company since taken private. Fergus also worked with KPMG in the areas of corporate finance, construction and real estate.
