Rajeev Piramal
Biography
Rajeev heads the real estate business of the Ashok Piramal Group. He completed his BBA from Baldwin Wallace College, Cleveland, USA. Joined Peninsula Land as a Director in 2001 & took over as the Vice Chairman in 2005. Under his leadership, he grew the firm into a multi city developer spread across 8 cities in 4 states. Delivered more than 7mn sft in residential, commercial and retail projects. Another 10mn sft is under construction in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, Goa, Nashik and Lonavala. Rajeev also played a crucial part in the development of the first mall in India: Crossroads. Some of the other marquee projects led by him include: Peninsula Corporate Park, Peninsula Business Park, Peninsula Technopark, Ashok Towers & Ashok Gardens.
