Sushil Kumar Sayal
Biography
Sushil Kumar Sayal is the CEO and Managing Director of Bharti Real Estate, a position he has held since 2014. With over 35 years of experience in the real estate industry, he has significantly contributed to its evolution, notably by establishing India's Real Estate Asset Management (REAM) model. An alumnus of the Institution of Engineers, Calcutta, with a B.E. in Civil Engineering, he is also a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) UK. Prior to Bharti Realty, he served as Founding Director and CEO of Alpha G:Corp and Head of Operations for Mahindra/GESCO. Sayal is the author of "Inside Unreal Estate" and has received multiple accolades, including the 'Lifetime Achievement Award' in 2018, for his leadership and valuable contributions to the sector.
