Mr. Rasesh B. Kanakia began his career as a real estate consultant and subsequently ventured into real estate development in 1986. By his futuristic vision the Kanakia Group also ventured into entertainment, education and hospitality sector. Kanakia Group has developed and successfully delivered over 13 Million sq. ft. of commercial, residential, entertainment, education and industrial spaces. Kanakia Spaces has been honored with several prestigious awards including CNBC Awaaz CRISIL CREDAI Real Estate Award, Commercial Property of the Year, International Property Award, MCHI Property Award. The Kanakia Group also ventured into the Hospitality industry with the launch of Hotel ‘Courtyard by Marriott’ in 2010 .
