Gergely Arendas

Gergely Árendás is the managing director of Property Market since its founding in 2015. He started his carreer as an attorney in Baker McKenzie’s Budapest office. Since 2001 he has worked in both real estate development and asset management in a range of asset classes. For 13 years he has worked as Deputy CEO of WING responsible for office developments successfully delivering projects in Budapest with a combined GLA in excess of 150,000 sqm. His current role is heading the BudaPart development which is the largest ongoing mixed used scheme in Budapest where currently six residential and office developments are under construction simoultaneously with a combined value of EUR 200 million. He holds an MBA Degree from Oxford Brookes University.
