Biography
Parag Munot is responsible for the day to day operations of the company. His stewardship of Kalpataru Limited spans over two decades. On his watch, Kalpataru has grown into one of India’s largest privately held real estate companies, delivering more than 18 million square feet of projects, and expanding to 9 cities. Parag has inculcated within the company a culture of excellence and innovation, built around quality, customer centricity, technology and sustainable practices, manifested in Kalpataru’s award winning project portfolio. He is a member of several industry and trade associations, and a Director of Kalpataru Power Transmission Limited, one of the world’s largest players in Power Transmission EPC, besides several other companies.
