Biography

Celma de Almeida is the Co-Founder and CEO of Blue Buffalo Capital, a Portuguese developer specializing in the luxury residential market in Greater Lisbon. With over 15 years of real estate experience, she previously led Madrilisboa, one of Portugal's largest private developers, where she managed projects and oversaw assets valued over €500 million. Celma holds a BA in Economics and Politics from the University of Bath and a Master in Real Estate Development, where she was awarded Best Student in 2023.
