Biography
CIO & Partner at Realaize. Fellow of the Royal Instutution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) and Director of the Real Estate Business Administration Programme at the IE Business School since 2010 on which he is also professor of Ethics and RICS. He has been seated at the RICS Europe Board and RICS España Board. External Examiner for the Real Estate Programmes of Ranepa University in Moscow for three consecutive years. Graduated in Estates Management from the University of Alcalá de Henares, he has also studied Landscape Architecture, Economics and Introduction to Social Psychology. He has worked in companies like CBRE, Nexity, Stam Europe, H.I.G. Capital and Therus Invest. Since January 2026 he is CIO & Partner of Realaize Capital. In addition, he has served or serves as Senior Advisor to several companies, such as Joivy, Krata and Impuestalia.
