Markus Hens
Biography
Dr. Markus Hens is a Managing Partner of Alpine Grove Partners. He advises the Alpine Grove funds with respect to the Firm’s investment program and new business development. He is a member of the Investment Committee. Dr. Hens has over 25 years of industry experience. At Soros Real Estate, Dr. Hens provided advice with respect to German investments, and in 2011 at AGP, he broadened his advisory scope to European Investments. Prior to joining Soros Real Estate in 2001, he worked at J.P. Morgan in Real Estate Investment Banking in London and at Deutsche Bank in Cologne. Dr. Hens served in the German Air Force at SHAPE, Belgium. Dr. Hens received a Dr. rer. pol. and a Diplom-Kaufmann from European Business School, Oestrich-Winkel, Germany.
