Morgan Garfield
Biography
Morgan Garfield was the Managing Director and co-founder of Ellandi, a UK retail and town centre investment firm. He led its substantial growth, managing numerous shopping centres. After Ellandi's acquisition by NewRiver REIT in July 2024, Morgan became Head of Capital Partnerships at NewRiver. Since March 2025, he also serves as Chair of the British Property Federation Retail Board, bringing extensive expertise in UK retail real estate and regeneration.
