With over two decades of experience, he is responsible for all acquisitions and sales across Central and Eastern Europe, Switzerland, and Austria. He oversees real estate transactions primarily in Poland, Czech Republic, and Hungary. Heckelsmüller boasts an 18-year track record of successful closings and has acquired a comprehensive portfolio of office, logistics, hotel, and retail properties in the region. His expertise in real estate acquisitions and sales has been instrumental in building Deka Immobilien's extensive portfolio.
