Vaibhav Jatia
Biography
Mr. Jatia graduated from the Wharton School of Business with degrees in Finance & Economics. He worked on Wall Street in New York for 2 years in the investment banking industry. In 2007 moved back to India and has worked in the RE private equity industry as an investment professional. Mr. Vaibhav was one of the first members of Lehman Brothers' Real Estate Private Equity Team in India and was responsible for real estate investments in India. At Lehman Brothers, he analyzed over 50 RE investment opportunities and funded 3 transactions for total equity investment of over $70mm across residential, retail and commercial projects. At Rhythm, Mr. Vaibhav is responsible for project selection & conceptualization, capital raising, project planning.
