Ana Dumitrache

Ana Dumitrache is the Country Head for CTP Invest in Romania, leading the largest developer and operator of industrial and logistics parks in the country. With over 25 years of experience in the Romanian real estate market, she has been instrumental in transforming CTP Romania into a market leader and a key growth driver for the CTP group. Beginning her career in real estate banking and finance, including a role as Head of Real Estate Department at Erste Group Romania, Ana Dumitrache joined CTP in 2016. Under her leadership, CTP's portfolio in Romania has expanded significantly, surpassing 2.5 million square meters with a market value of approximately 2 billion euros. She is also a Member of the Advisory Board of RICS Romania.
