Gabriel Cronstedt is the Founder & Partner of Nordika Fastigheter AB, a leading Nordic real estate investment firm. With significant experience in Nordic real estate, he co-founded Nordika alongside Jonas Grandér. Before Nordika, Cronstedt held positions at Lehman Brothers Real Estate Fund and Lehman Brothers Mezzanine Fund. He has played a key role in transactions exceeding EUR 3 billion, contributing to substantial realized profits in principal investments. Nordika focuses on yielding assets with active asset management across various real estate classes in Sweden, Denmark, and Finland.
