Syed Mohamed Beary

Syed Mohamed Beary is the Chairman & Managing Director of Beary's Properties & Developments Pvt Ltd, a key entity within the Bearys Group, which he founded in 1981. A distinguished entrepreneur, environmentalist, and educationist, Mr. Beary has driven the group's evolution into a vertically integrated property development and construction management company, embodying the "Triple E" philosophy: Entrepreneurship, Environment, and Education. Under his leadership, Bearys Group is a leader in sustainable development, known for pioneering the "Design-Build-Deliver" model. The group is recognized as one of India's largest Data Centre developers and holds the distinction of delivering 9 IGBC/LEED Platinum certified projects, including India's first Platinum LEED Certified Research Park and the World's First Net Zero Place of Worship. His vision also led to the establishment of the Bearys Centre for Ideation and Innovation.
