Biography

Laura Dumea-Bencze is Director Investment Properties at CBRE Romania, bringing approximately 20 years of expertise to the real estate industry. She rejoined CBRE in 2013, initially as Head of Research, expanding her role to include Director Investment Properties. Laura has been instrumental in over €1 billion in closed transactions across all real estate sectors, including key deals like FunShop Turda and Expo Market Doraly. She holds an MBA from Central European University.
