Martin Jasper is the Founder and Owner of JASPER ARCHITECTS, an international architecture practice delivering projects across Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, and Asia. He partners with leading developers to transform ambitious visions and complex existing assets into distinctive, high-value destinations. His portfolio includes UP! Berlin, the award-winning adaptive reuse of a former East German department store; Palmanova Center, a 200,000 m² mixed-use landmark in Asunción; and Renew Ruhrturm Essen, an ongoing urban transformation project. A German-Ecuadorian architect, Martin combines European design excellence, commercial insight, and sustainability to create future-focused developments with lasting market impact.
