Joseph Kavana

Joseph Kavana is the Chairman and CEO of K Group Holdings Inc., a diversified real estate investment and development firm that also acts as a venture capital investor. With over 30 years of experience, he is a seasoned developer and investor across land development, commercial/retail, multi-family, and industrial asset classes. Kavana is the driving force behind Metropica, a premier mixed-use development in Sunrise, Florida, comprising thousands of residential units, office, and retail spaces. Previously, he founded Sagaz Industries in 1980, a manufacturing and distribution company with international operations, which was sold in 2000. His extensive expertise includes international real estate projects in the US and Latin America.
