Biography
Thibault Lauprêtre joined BCP Real Estate in London in 2018 as part of the creation of BCP Real Estate. Previously, Thibault spent 11 years at Altarea Cogedim where he most recently held the position of Managing Director for Mixed-use and Office Investments, co-leading the office asset acquisitions of Alta Fund, a €650m private equity real estate fund sponsored by Altarea Cogedim, which gathered top-tier institutional LPs. Prior to that, he worked for Bouygues Group, where he was responsible for Block Residential Sales and Public Finance Initiative Projects. He has also held roles at Kick-Start Ventures and BNP Paribas.
