Multi-disciplined RE professional with 25 years’ experience including property design & development, capital markets, asset management; lending; financial accounting and auditing. 15 years’ experience working in current position as director of Hooke & MacDonald, an Irish real estate consultancy, asset management, surveying and brokerage firm. Current focus on large scale residential and mixed use development projects. Qualifications & professional memberships: Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland; Masters in Planning & Development; Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers (IPAV); Executive Board of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) in Ireland; ULI European Urban Regeneration Council.
