Biography

Steve Bulloch is the Managing Director, Head of Australia, and Head of Asia Pacific Debt at PGIM Real Estate. He established PGIM's Australian presence in 2011, overseeing its equity and debt businesses. With a diverse background encompassing real estate fund platforms, property development, and financing, he also chairs the Asia Pacific Investment Committees. Previously, he held executive roles at Westpac Group and Macquarie Bank. Mr. Bulloch has been instrumental in expanding PGIM's footprint, particularly in real estate debt and alternative sectors like living and logistics, and currently leads PGIM Real Estate's first Australian real estate debt strategy.
