Wolfgang Heid

Wolfgang Heid is the Chairman of the Management Board (Vorsitzender der Geschäftsführung) at FAY Projects GmbH. He joined the FAY Group in 2005, initially serving as managing director before becoming a managing partner in 2007. In late 2008, he was appointed Chairman of the Board and CEO. His extensive responsibilities include finance, controlling, business organization, human resources, risk management, accounting, taxes, legal, IT, and marketing. He also oversees the legal and fiscal structuring of property acquisitions and sales, share-deals, and joint ventures. Prior to FAY Projects, Mr. Heid was a chartered accountant and tax consultant for PwC Deutsche Revision AG from 1991 to 2005. His expertise lies in comprehensive financial and strategic leadership within the real estate development sector.
