Biography
Jose leads the Asset Management team at intu Spain since January 2014. He studied industrial engineering at the Comillas Pontifical University (ICAI), holds a masters in Industrial Management by the University of Birmingham and a PDG by IESE Business School. He has over 20 years’ experience in development direction, investment and asset management, mainly for large shopping centres but also properties with other purposes. He previously worked for British Land, Metrovacesa, Procisa and the Continente Group (currently Carrefour), among others.

Intu Spain
Intu Management Spain SL is a Spanish company that manages and leases spaces in shopping centers, headquartered in Madrid. A former subsidiary of Intu Properties plc, which went into administration in 2020, it underwent restructuring in 2021 with new administrators. The company manages centers such as Xanadú and Puerto Venecia, and also has a stake in the Puerto Mediterráneo project, focusing on real estate property management.
