Biography
Pilar Valencia is the Country Manager for Spain at Logicor, a leading owner, manager, and developer of logistics real estate in Europe. Appointed in September 2023, she brings over 25 years of extensive experience in the real estate and asset management sectors. Previously, Pilar served as Head of Asset Management and Transactions for Spain and Portugal at abrdn from May 2015 to September 2023. Her career also includes leadership roles at UBS, Lend Lease, and Larry Smith SA. At Logicor, Pilar is responsible for driving growth through developments and acquisitions, enhancing the company's significant logistics portfolio across key Spanish markets. She is recognized for her strong track record in transactions and asset management and her ability to lead high-performing teams.
