Simon Ellis
Biography
Simon Ellis is the Manager of the M&G European Property Fund at M&G Real Estate UK. With over 18 years of experience in investment and asset management across continental European commercial real estate markets, he has played a pivotal role in the €4.5 billion fund's growth. Having joined M&G Real Estate in 2004, Simon served as Deputy Fund Manager from 2015 and Co-Fund Manager from 2023 before assuming his current leadership role in June 2025. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI), holding a BA in European Studies and an MSc in Land Management from the University of Reading.
