Biography
Specialized in financing and investment in real estate, infrastructure, energy and mergers and acquisitions projects. Experience in financing and investment operations in the tourism sector and in operations in commercial, residential and industrial sectors- as well as in public-private partnerships (provision of services, concessions, energy projects). He advised the State of Mexico and of Sonora in their first PPS, and multinational with real estate and development investments, the formation of consortiums for infrastructure and energy projects and financial entities . He worked at Mayer Brown in New York. He has a law degree from ITAM and a Master Degree in law at Columbia University, he accredited the Bar Exam for the State of NY.
