Biography

Tristram has over 30 years’ experience in Pan-European RE in a range of advisory, fund management and principal capacities. After initial agency experience in the UK, he focused on pan-European, cross-border, cross-sector, commercial property investment with Weatherall Green and Smith, DTZ and King Sturge latterly at Partner level, including living for several years on the Continent. Additionally, Tristram worked in commercial development at Taylor Woodrow and in pan-European fund management with Pricoa PIM (now Rockspring). At Garbe, he is responsible for identifying new investment, development and funding opportunities, principally in the industrial and logistics field, in the UK, Germany and across Europe Tristram is a Member of the RICS
