Biography
Tony Brooks is Managing Director of Moda Living Limited. A company he founded with JV partners Caddick group in 2013. Moda is a specialist design build and operator of large scale purpose built private rented communities across the UK. Schemes are typically between 300 to 600 units on key city centre locations and are strongly focused on delivering fully managed amenity rich environments. Moda have a pipeline of over 6500 unit, across 12 schemes in the UK, and have an aggressive acquisitions strategy. Tony has had a lifelong career in complex residential development in city centres and originates from a construction background.
