Ronan Webster
Biography
Ronan Webster is the Head of Asset Management at Henderson Park Capital Partners, bringing 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, specializing in investment and asset management. Before joining Henderson Park, he served as Asset Management Director at Green REIT, where he was responsible for leasing and implementing asset management strategy. Prior to that, Webster was a Board Director at CBRE in Ireland from 1998 to 2011, advising clients on property acquisitions and dispositions across Ireland and the UK. He has transacted over €4 billion in commercial real estate investments in the Irish market since 2015. Webster holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Surveying from Trinity College Dublin and a Diploma in Property Economics from Technology University Dublin, and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
